Purchase Terms




All our prices are quoted in Swedish currency (SEK) and include VAT (25%). In the shopping cart you see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

Shipping: free shipping within Sweden right now.


- Debit cards: We accept various payment cards (including VISA, MasterCard and Amex) so that you get as smooth shopping as possible. Of course, your card details are always protected so you can feel safe while your purchase. Shipping Options and feesWe deliver via Postnord to Sweden. Shipping fee within Sweden is 49 SEK. 

- Delivery time: Our deliveries are approximately 2-5 working days after they have been submitted to Postnord. If you place an order on a public holiday or red day, we usually ship the item on the next weekday. We have some reservations regarding delays that we cannot influence. 


If you do not collect your parcel from your postal office within 14 days, we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and stock cost. Right now, this sum is around SEK 300. Thus, unpacked parcels are not counted as a cancellation of your purchase. To use your right of withdrawal, complaint or exchange of your goods, you must contact us. If a dispute regarding a complaint should arise regarding your purchase, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. 


We at Li Ljung design jewelry strive to have as accurate stock balance as possible on our website, but at the same time we have  some reservations regarding final sale or missing item when ordering. In such case, of course, we will refund the entire sum to you. 


If you wish to cancel or change your order with us, you should contact us immediately. You can do this by calling our store on 046-12 00 08 (weekdays 12-18) or by mail.

We at Li Ljung design jewelry use the rules of the Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket). We do not have returns, but have exchange rights. That is, the buyer can exchange their goods within 14 days, as long as the product is unused and in new condition. Call our store on 046-12 00 08 (weekdays 12-18) or send an e-mail (info@liljung.se) before sending your goods! In case of a change, the customer is responsible for shipping parcell back to the store.
